**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As a Content Lead for CAT at Career Labs, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and delivery of our entire CAT Product and will contribute to revolutionizing the Ed-tech space in the higher education segment. You will be working with industry leaders who have more than a decade of experience training students for CAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and TOEFL exams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** The incumbent shall be responsible for

1. Creating content (especially verbal) like Questions, PPTs etc. for our test-prep product CAT.

2. Reviewing the in-house content and conducting quality checks on the new product and identifying and fixing the errors (If any).

3. Leading the product creation tasks such as data migration into LMS.

4. Handling the live classes and webinars for product such as CAT, GRE and GMAT.

5. Taking Marketing webinars and live seminars for the CAT Product.

6. Doing Ad-hoc tasks whenever it is required for the Content (Academics) team.

**SKILLS REQUIRED **The incumbent must

1. Have at least 1.5 years of Experience of training and mentoring students for the CAT exam.

2. Possess strong aptitude and problem-solving skills. Having prepared or appeared for CAT exam is an added advantage and gets you brownie points.

3. Have a great sense and attention to detail, impeccable communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

4. Be a team player and come up with ideas to improve the processes and content. Be required to share in the overall team's workload by managing deliverables and help the team meet deadlines when required.

5. Be proficient with MS office tools and need to be well versed with basic software and online tools involved in day-to-day business.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
