**Job Summary**

As an Estimator in the printing industry, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and providing accurate cost estimates to ensure profitability and competitiveness. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and production staff to deliver timely and precise estimates that meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyse print specifications, including materials, processes, and timelines.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on job requirements and production capabilities.
- Communicate with clients to clarify project details and requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing for materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Generate reports on estimated vs. actual costs to inform future estimates.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on budgeting and cost management.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Printing or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an estimator in the printing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of digital, offset, and large-format printing techniques.
- Familiarity with industry pricing trends and cost management strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
