RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leads TS&R resources and activities within REMS Hyderabad keeping alignment with Global counterparts, stakeholders

and customers.
- Leads various initiatives to incorporate technical risk management / reliability processes. Engages in creating various

reliability program strategies and executes the plan requirements to closure.
- Demonstrates expertise in traditional safety and reliability engineering / risk management tools - HazID, HazOPs,

Hazard Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Fault Trees, Reliability Block Diagrams, FEMA / FMECAs, Reliability Centered

Maintenance, Safety Instrumented System / Safety Integrity Level standards, processes and execution compliance.
- Collaborates with product designers / engineers, operating facilities, partnership organizations and external supply chains

to define, direct, and coordinate work and responsibilities throughout all stages of technology readiness Levels (TRLs).
- Manages the development and is responsible for delivery of established processes.
- Provides oversight and management of TS&R team in achieving executional and strategic goals.
- Responsible for TS&R execution, resource utilization, team development, associated budgets, schedules and supporting

resource plans.
- Builds strong working relationships with peers and other engineering teams so that the team is well represented in

discussions and decisions.
- Develops strong working relationships with all global stake holders, conducts productive meetings, delivers results that

are technically and economically viable, and meets market needs and expectations.

Main Tasks:

- Staff organization with necessary talent, day to day management of resources, development of execution schedules and

budgets.
- Overall responsibility of technical deliverables of TS&R team
- Lead in technical issue resolution
- Productive utilization and absorption of TS&R team resources
- Prioritization and planning of team activities and deliverables
- Technical talent management, engineering development, maintaining Team Quality matrix
- Review and approval, and quality of technical documentation
- Setup and maintains a strong D&D organization structure and team culture.
- Ensures lesson learnt and best practices are documented, shared and implemented across projects and engineering

disciplines.
