Derivatives Trader

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute trades in derivatives markets including futures, options, swaps, and other
complex financial instruments.
- Develop and implement trading strategies based on quantitative analysis and market
research.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and news events to inform
trading decisions.
- Manage risk exposure and ensure adherence to risk management guidelines and
regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other traders, analysts, and stakeholders to share insights and
strategies.
- Maintain and improve trading models and algorithms.
- Prepare regular reports on trading performance, risk metrics, and market conditions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological
advancements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trading derivatives, with a strong track record of profitability.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and derivatives
instruments.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and
financial modeling.
- Experience with trading platforms and software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Eikon).
- Excellent risk management skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under
pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in executing trades.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
