Position Description

Support the business in managing significant trade volumes which includes trade reconciliation, currency risk management and position risk management.

Manage main trader’s daily P&L and market risk for various products that include single stock swap, bonds, custom basket, ETF, index and its stock derivatives.

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with various stakeholders including onshore brokers, clearing houses and custodian for cash and margin management.

Develop and participate in trading strategies, position and risk monitoring tools.

Work with Technology, Operation, Product Control, Quant Strategists and Risk Management team optimize and enhance the existing trade structure.

Skills and Experience

Be familiar with the Delta One products including: single stock swaps, index swaps, P-note etc.

Self-motivated, fast learner and understand dynamics of equity investment business.

Strong motivation to learn, think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk control and operation.

Attention to details, accuracy, time management and work under pressure, ability to collaborate and work as a team

Educational / Professional Qualifications

Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline(s).

Prior experience in similar role of 3-5 years

Proficiency in using Python/VBA or some programing skill is a plus

Experiences in Delta One trading or quant strategist

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
