Tgt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning**
- Use interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.

**2. Assessment & Student Progress Monitoring**
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board exams and other competitive assessments.

**3. Classroom Management & Learning Environment**
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Utilize digital tools, smart boards, and e-learning platforms.
- Encourage active participation through discussions, debates, and group projects.

**4. Student Development & Mentorship**
- Identify learning difficulties and provide additional academic support.
- Encourage students’ participation in extracurricular activities.
- Conduct remedial classes for students requiring extra guidance.

**5. Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Coordinate with fellow teachers for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

**6. Parent Communication & Reporting**
- Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate student records and academic reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nizamabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
