**Job Title**: TGT Teacher (All Subjects)

**Location**: Nizamabad
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Education**: B.Ed / M.A.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance student learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including technology-based learning tools.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
- Prepare students for examinations and competitive assessments.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and faculty meetings.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.
