**Job Title**: Solar Rooftop Sales Manager
**Location**: Within an 80 Km Radius of the Corporate Office
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- **Corporate & B2B Sales**:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire corporate and industrial clients.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Present and negotiate solar rooftop solutions tailored to client needs.
- **Retail Sales**:
- Identify and engage residential and SME customers for solar rooftop installations.
- Educate customers on benefits, financing options, and ROI of solar power solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and customer outreach.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Drive sales to meet and exceed defined targets for corporate, B2B, and retail segments.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Optimize lead conversion rates through strategic follow-ups and relationship building.
- **Coordination & Execution**:
- Work closely with technical and project teams for site assessments and project execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination from proposal to project commissioning.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in solar sales, corporate/B2B sales, or energy solutions.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management.
- **Mobility**: Willing to travel within an 80 km radius for client meetings and site visits.
**Target & Incentives**:
- Defined quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
