Key Responsibilities:
Actively introduce and promote the brand’s mobile app to walk-in customers, explaining key features, benefits, and offers.
Assist customers in downloading and using the app; encourage them to use it
Serve as a positive representative of the brand.
Capture on-ground customer feedback regarding the app and overall shopping experience, sharing insights with the marketing team for improvements.
Ensure in-store marketing materials like banners, posters, and flyers are up-to-date and in good condition.
Share daily performance updates - including number of app installs, orders placed, and customer interactions
Follow store rules, dress code, and maintain a clean, customer-friendly behavior.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills (Tamil must, basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of mobile apps (to guide app installs & ordering)
Customer-facing confidence - must be approachable, friendly, and proactive
Previous experience in retail, events, or brand promotion preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
