Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of the company website.

Ensure the website is updated with the latest listings, content, blogs, and information.

Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Handle SMO (Social Media Optimization) to enhance social media presence and engagement.

Content Creation:
Develop and manage content for the website, blogs, and social media channels.

Create compelling and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, including graphics, videos, and written content.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across all platforms.

Digital Marketing:
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

Develop and implement strategies for WhatsApp message marketing and SMS marketing.

Create and execute outreach strategies specifically targeting NRIs.

Offline Marketing:
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and events.

Develop marketing materials for print and in-person distribution.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing collateral and event management.

Database and CRM Management:
Manage and maintain the company's customer database.

Ensure accurate database collation and data integrity.

Implement and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, interactions, and customer information.

Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in website management, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Experience with content creation and social media management.

Experience with CRM systems and database management.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
Experience in the real estate industry or a related field.

Knowledge of NRI outreach strategies and international marketing.
