**Job Summary**: As a Personal Assistant at Mi Bestie, you will be the right hand for our clients, helping them manage their day-to-day tasks, whether they are office-related or personal. You will ensure that our clients’ lives run smoothly, providing them with the freedom to focus on what matters most to them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Task Management**: Assist clients with scheduling, appointment setting, and reminders, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- **Office Support**: Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- **Errand Running**: Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, pickup/drop-off, and other daily tasks.
- **Event Coordination**: Help in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates and responding to their inquiries.
- **Problem Solving**: Address client needs proactively, finding solutions to challenges that may arise.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality with all client information.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work on an hourly basis as needed.
