**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
**2. Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation**:
- Work with technical teams to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
- Assist in developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, and process automation (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder).
**3. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation**:
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and requirement documents.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to improve adoption.
**4. Data Management & Integration**:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce through best practices.
- Work on data migration and cleansing activities as needed.
- Assist with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party apps, middleware tools like MuleSoft).
**5. Testing & Deployment**:
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback collection.
- Support deployment and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with Salesforce admins and developers.
**6. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices**:
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.
- Propose enhancements to maximize Salesforce ROI.Support change management and adoption strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **5+ years**of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of **Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud**.
- Experience with **requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and documentation**.
- Hands-on experience with **Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards**.
- Familiarity with **Salesforce data model, objects, and security model**.
- Experience working with **Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party tools, middleware like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Boomi)**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an **Agile/Scrum environment**.
- **Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst**(preferred).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in industries like **healthcare, financial services, telecom, or manufacturing**.
- Familiarity with **CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Marketing Cloud**.
- Experience with **JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools**.
