**Role Summary**:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture across core banking, payments, onboarding, and CRM domains within the Monument Tech ecosystem. This role is critical in aligning technical solutions with business needs, platform constraints (BPAAS), and third-party product capabilities (e.g., Mambu, Salesforce, nCino, MuleSoft).

- Translate business epics into scalable architecture components.
- Recommend and assess third-party components (e.g., IDNow, ComplyAdvantage) and integrate them into the overall stack.
- Work closely with Integration Specialists, BAs, and Compliance to ensure feasibility and completeness of the solution design.
- Support security, privacy, and compliance architecture aligned with MTL’s BPAAS model.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in solution design and enterprise architecture within financial services (retail and commercial banking preferred).
- Strong understanding of BaaS/embedded finance models.
- Hands-on experience with **Salesforce, Mambu, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud, Kafka, and nCino**.
- Familiarity with **core banking APIs**, orchestration platforms, and identity/verification tooling (e.g., IDNow, Alloy, Onfido).
- Prior work on regulatory reporting architecture (e.g., IFRS9, CBB, FCA) is preferred.Ability to work across multi-geo, multi-vendor delivery teams.

**Integration Specialist - Job Description**

**Role Summary**:
The Integration Specialist will design and support integration strategies for Monument Tech’s BPAAS core banking platform and ARP customisations. This includes aligning APIs across Mambu, CRM, payments, onboarding, and compliance tooling within a microservices architecture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Define API specifications and data exchange mechanisms between core modules (e.g., Mambu Salesforce, Mambu
- Payments Hub).
- Design and document asynchronous integrations using **MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka**, and other middleware as required.
- Work with Solution Architect and Lead BA to define **interface contracts**and sequence diagrams.
- Validate feasibility of integration scenarios (e.g., FX rate feed, VIBAN allocation, fraud scoring engine) and advise on payload schemas, rate limits, and response mapping.
- Support end-to-end integration flows for third-party tools: IDNow (KYC), ComplyAdvantage (AML), SaltEdge or similar for open banking feeds.
- Build and maintain integration inventory with SLAs, retries, data lineage, and logging strategy.
- Ensure compliance with data security and PII handling across all services.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 7+ years in integration design or middleware architecture roles within financial services.
- Strong experience with **MuleSoft Any point Platform**, **Azure Functions**, **Azure API Management**, **Event Grid**, **Kafka**, and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with **BPM/workflow tools**, OAuth/SAML-based auth models, and tokenisation strategies.
- Proficient in API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Previous experience with Mambu, Salesforce, or nCino is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work closely with BAs, Architects, Developers, and Vendor Teams.
