**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Hiring & Onboarding Formalities**:
- Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference verifications, and medical checks (if applicable).
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other joining documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee information during onboarding.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Update and maintain the employee database with new hire information.
**Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure timely documentation of HR processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Draft HR letters such as experience letters, salary certificates, and employment verifications.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies in all documentation.
- Regularly audit employee files and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
**General HR Support**:
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
**Analysis of Reports/Data**
- Any additional work assigned by management as and when required.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Graduation or equivalent
- Grip in excel (pivot table, Formulas, V lookup, H lookup, look up, presentation by charts and graphs)
- Fluent written/ Verbal communication skill in English for handling customers
**Great Analytical skills would be preferred**
**Should be able to take initiatives**
**Should be able to work independently**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
