**Key Functions**:

- Executing all Loan Documents
- Executing & processing of NACH Mandate
- Collecting & Screening Property Title & other necessary documents. Compliance of CPs prior to disbursement
- Follow-up on all pending documents / DP payments
- Educating the Customer on Repayment of Loan, Prepayments, the occasion of default, any assistance necessity
- Raising Disbursement Requests
- Soft Bucket Collection like Pre EMI, Tech Bounces, etc

**Communication & Relationship**:

- Maintain and Develop Relationships with:

- Builder Staff ( for disbursement requests )
- Customer
- Zonal Operations Manager/Officer
- Loan Officer
- Hub Manager

**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Education Background**:
MBA or BBA - Finance / MSW / Any other Post Graduation

**Skills and abilities**:

- Good communication/PR skills
- Good listening skills
- Confidence
- Multitasking ability
- Team working ability
