**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, admission criteria, and benefits.
- Address inquiries regarding programs, fees, and the admission process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build rapport with callers to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Plus two
- Proven experience as a telecaller, counselor, or in a similar role (experience in the education field is an advantage).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to explain program details clearly and persuasively.
- Target-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
