**About Us**

We organize remarkable events and provide solutions through **Congresses & Summits, Trainings & Workshops, Exhibitions, Association Management, Industry Meetings, and Managed Events** across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work as part of the Events Division to deliver high-quality international events.
- Research and analyse the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events.
- Create comprehensive event briefing documents, including:

- An overview of the topic and its validity as a stand-alone event.
- Key issues faced by the industry.
- Identification of potential speakers, sponsors, and resource persons.
- Analysis of competing events to avoid conflicts in dates or overexposure.
- Plans for post-event reports and follow-ups.
- Write the conference program, invite and liaise with speakers, and assist in the event organization.
- Support marketing and sponsorship opportunities in coordination with Communications and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate event promotion, publicity, sales, and related campaigns.
- Liaise with speakers throughout the event production cycle to ensure smooth execution.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent research, content writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-profile industry professionals.
- Prior experience in conference production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of additional international languages is an added advantage.

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month.
