Job Title: Doctor (BAMS Qualified)

Job Description: Kips Panchkarma, located in Bhopal, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Doctor with qualifications in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS).

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting patient consultations to assess their health condition and medical history.Developing personalized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles and individual patient needs.

Administering traditional Ayurvedic therapies such as Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and herbal remedies.

Monitoring patients' progress throughout the course of treatment and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Providing guidance on lifestyle modifications, dietary recommendations, and preventive healthcare practices.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and nutritionists, to ensure holistic patient care.

Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments.

Educating patients about Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and self-care practices to promote overall well-being.Adhering to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines in the delivery of healthcare services.

Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and healthcare practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) qualification from a recognized institution.

Valid license to practice Ayurvedic medicine in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment modalities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with patients.

Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough patient assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
