**Role Overview**

We are seeking a Junior BAMS Doctor to work as a Physician's Assistant, providing essential support to senior physicians in delivering patient care. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior physicians during patient consultations and procedures.
- Record patient histories, vital signs, and symptoms for physician review.
- Prepare patients for examinations and explain treatment plans.
- Coordinate follow-ups and manage patient queries under supervision.
- Prescribe medications and basic treatments as per physician direction and within BAMS protocols.
- Facilitate smooth operation of teleconsultation services.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to healthcare policies.
- Support physicians in conducting health camps and outreach programs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid state registration or license to practice.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and basic computer skills is an advantage.
