**Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist for Front Line Bulk Hiring (BPO/Call Center Hiring)**

Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar - WFO

**Job Type**: Non-Technical (BPO / Call Center) Hiring

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
- Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches

**Requirements and skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO or Call Center hiring
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field

**Immediate Joiners would be preferred.**

**Job Location**:Tech Mahindra Limited, 19th Floor, Tower-1, QC-1 Building, GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
