**TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student’s life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages, to the execution and the post event activities.**:
**TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.**:
**Your Profile**:

- Overlook and execute the technical production aspects of all events and conferences, including audio, visual, camera, lighting, staging & seating
- Research, source, and order production and technical equipment, speaker and performer requirements, stage design elements, and gear required for all events
- Operate technical equipment during an event - both individually and as part of a show team
- Assist with all aspects of vendor relationships including contracting processes, quality control, order changes, invoicing, and day-to-day communications
- Source and negotiate supplier contracts, coordinate orders from multiple stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Assist with hiring crew and personnel for events, including contracting, negotiation, travel logistics, lodging and invoicing
- Interface with stakeholders to facilitate technical and operational needs
- Plan and execute installation and strike schedules, production schedules and meetings and onsite technical crew needs
- Work with technical specialists, engineers, building operations and security to ensure successful onsite execution.

**Your Checklist**:

- Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills.
- 7 - 8 years experience in a senior technical role in the event/technical production industry
- Knowledgeable and passionate event expert with years of experience in live corporate events.
- Budget management to understand the big picture of an event
- Travel internationally for various events
- Solid track record in managing a high performing team
- Strong business acumen and financial Management skills.
- Strong professionalism that can be personalized to a wide variety of vendors, stakeholders, colleagues and crew
- Works well under pressure and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Specifying equipment to meet the needs of the event
- Willingness to contribute however possible to ensure the overall effectiveness of the project
