**Job Title**: Executive - Accounts

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in the audit process.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support cash flow management and forecasting activities.
- Review and improve accounting processes and procedures for greater efficiency.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working within a team and with other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
