WHAT YOU’LL DO
- nCino Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and processes related to the banking domain. Design comprehensive and scalable nCino solutions to meet these requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance
- System Configuration: Utilise your expertise in nCino platform capabilities to configure and customize the nCino system to meet the specific needs of banking clients. Configure objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize processes and enhance user experience
- Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for the nCino implementation, considering security, data governance, and scalability requirements. Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate the nCino design, progress, and risks
- nCino Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the nCino architecture, including functional specifications, technical designs, data models, and integration workflows. Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of nCino. Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the banking and financial services domain. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and recommend improvements to the nCino implementation

WHAT YOU HAVE
- 10+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role, 3-5+ years of nCino implementation experience, 15+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- A proven track record in banking and financial services or a combination of experience, education
- Salesforce Application, System Architect certification, and 2/3 nCino certifications
- Strong Salesforce development and design skills, including Apex, Lightning, SOQL
