**Position Overview**:A Security Patrol Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within a designated area. This role involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise. The Security Patrol Officer plays a critical role in deterring criminal activity, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and providing a visible presence to deter potential threats.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patrol and Surveillance**:Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and safety.
Monitor premises and identify any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or breaches.
Actively observe and report any potential security risks, hazards, or vulnerabilities.

**Emergency Response**:Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and distress calls.
Implement crisis management procedures as needed, including coordinating with law enforcement, medical personnel, or fire departments.

**Access Control**:Enforce access control measures by verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a controlled environment.

**Security System Operation**:Monitor and operate security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Report and address any technical issues or malfunctions with security equipment.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and security records.
Document observations, actions taken, and relevant information in a timely manner.

**Customer Service**:Provide a professional and courteous presence to visitors, employees, and clients.
Offer assistance and directions as needed, enhancing the overall experience for those on the premises.

**Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with other security personnel, team members, and management.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

**Risk Assessment**:Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to existing security protocols.
Participate in security assessments and drills to enhance preparedness.

**Training and Development**:Stay updated on industry best practices, security trends, and relevant regulations.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security is a plus. Retired Army Person Most Welcome
- Proven experience in security-related roles, preferably in patrol or surveillance.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response techniques.
- Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to walk, stand, and conduct patrols for extended periods.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
