Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling and Securing Premises: Regularly inspecting and patrolling assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure physical security of the property.
  • Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Operating and monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to detect suspicious behaviour and potential threats.
  • Controlling Access: Verifying visitor identification, authorizing entry to authorized personnel, and managing access control systems.
  • Responding to Incidents: Responding to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure safety.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches, and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicating with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant parties as needed, and maintaining clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Enforcing Security Procedures: Ensuring compliance with established security policies and procedures, and reporting any violations or deviations.
  • Providing Security Awareness Training: Educating employees and visitors on security protocols and best practices.

Specific Duties:

  • Access Control: Screening visitors, checking IDs, and authorizing access to restricted areas.
  • Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols on foot or in vehicles to identify potential security risks.
  • Surveillance: Monitoring surveillance cameras, reviewing footage, and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents, following established procedures.
  • First Aid: Providing basic first aid and medical assistance when needed.
  • Report Writing: Preparing detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security breaches.
  • Security Awareness: Educating employees and visitors on security protocols and safety measures.
  • Asset Protection: Safeguarding company assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹26,000.00 per month
