- Maintain a positive image of the company by actively promoting our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Gujarati and English (written and oral communication skills).
- Proven customer service experience in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
