**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Service Call Management**:
- Assist in responding to service calls and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify and resolve basic issues related to solar systems.
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:
- Provide remote support and solutions for technical issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Assist in testing and diagnosing performance issues with solar energy systems.
- **Coordination of Service Appointments**:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians, ensuring efficient time management.
- Track and update the status of service calls and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Document service calls, customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the service management system.
- Prepare and maintain service records and reports for future reference.
- **Field Support & Learning**:
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn about installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Participate in field visits to gain hands-on experience and understand complex system operations.
- **Routine Maintenance & Post-Service Follow-Up**:
- Support in conducting routine maintenance checks on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow up with customers post-service to address any further concerns and gather feedback.
- **Inventory & Tool Management**:
- Assist in inventory management of service parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that tools and materials are properly maintained and readily available for service activities.
- **Training & Development**:
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
- **Customer Interaction & Representation**:
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer interactions, representing Junna Solar positively.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or a related technical field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and their components is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and service management software.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
**Experience**
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
