Service Trainee

**Job Summary**:
The Service Trainee will assist in managing service calls and providing technical support to customers. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of service provided by Junna Solar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in responding to service calls and inquiries from customers.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and provide solutions for solar system issues.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians.
- Document service calls, customer interactions, and resolutions in the service management system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn about installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Provide support in conducting routine maintenance checks on solar systems.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
- Assist in inventory management of service parts and tools.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Junna Solar positively in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using computers and service management software.

**Experience**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
