**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide premium printing and branding solutions
- Proactively prospect for new business, identifying and qualifying new leads and opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of quality products
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and improve sales effectiveness
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets, both individually and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing or branding industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- A passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a competitive market

**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year

- Up to 20% travel
