- Handling new joiners on boarding process.
- Co-ordinating with third party vendor like insurance, meal coupons etc.
- Preparing monthly input file
- Input collection from all the team.
- Preparing monthly HR reports and JV reports.
- Monthly reimbursement process.
- New joiner’s salary breakup preparation.
- Validating Team members’ deliverables.
- Income Tax return filling.
- Preparing annual returns.
- PF filling, creating UAN and KYC pupation.
- Full and final settlement process.
- Gratuity process.
- ESI filling and IP creation.
- Attendance collection.
- Employees Leave Management.
- Resolving employees’ queries.
- Preparation of monthly salary statement.
- Preparation of Statutory reports like PF, ESI, PT and Income Tax
