Job Title: Fitter

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand assembly requirements.

2. Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components according to specifications.

3. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and high-quality work.

4. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with engineering standards.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fitting and assembly processes.

6. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design feasibility and make recommendations for improvements.

7. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

9. Train and mentor junior fitters as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Fitter certification or equivalent qualification.

2. Proven experience as an ITI Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

4. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

5. Excellent attention to detail and precision in fitting and assembling mechanical components.

6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

7. Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to them consistently.

8. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

9. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

10. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to fitting and assembly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
