**_Web Geo Services is developing fast, very fast and our Sales Administration team need reinforcements We are therefore looking for our new Accounting Receivable & Administrative Assistant for a permanent contract in Mumbai._**

**Your working environment**:
You will work from home, with access to a co-working space to meet the team.

**Your team**:
You will work in the Administration department, managed by our Head of Sales Administration, Emmanuelle, and surrounded by a team of strong Franco-Indian sales administration officers.

**Your mission**:

- Support Sales Administration officers to process, analyse and invoice orders received from Sales,
- Payments follow up, collection and reconciliation,
- Cover overall administrative tasks and reporting.

**Your profile**:
You have strong English language skills (fluent in speech and writing), and basic accounting knowledge. You master Google Workspace (Google Drive; Gmail, etc...) as well as the Mac environment.

You are autonomous, rigorous, organised, reactive and have a taste for challenge. You have a sense of responsibility and you know how to manage priorities. You have good interpersonal skills, you are a team player and you are able to work in a multicultural environment.
