**Job Description - Senior Associate - Internal F&A (Accounts Receivable)**

**Department -** Internal F&A

**Location -** Bandra, Mumbai

**Qualification - **Graduate/ Post Graduate

**Primary Responsibility**:

- Knowledge of billing system and generating of invoices.
- Verify and accurately allocate or adjust all payments to the correct invoice/s on timely basis.
- Follow-up with SPOC or Client for funds received but details not received and subsequent allocation.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and collections are applied.
- Report on Aged Receivables plus other reports where applicable.
- Continuous follow-up for outstanding with SPOC or Clients and provide required details if any.
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments etc.
- Resolving any enquiries or clarifications required by Clients.
- Assisting in Audit related requirements.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and deliver accurately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (intermediate computer software skills), SAP and GST.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when managing accounting figures and financial records.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collections
- Ability to work autonomously, yet be part of a broader team

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
