Executive Tenders

Qualification: Any degree
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Salary: 16000 to 23000
- Location: Erode
- Prepares tenders by Compilation of various inputs (Qualification documents, EMD etc) - Co-ordinates with finance team to get the EMD if required.
- Coordinate for obtaining the required approvals
- Assemble and maintain documentation relating to the tendering process, including management approval relating to tendering and contracting
- Monitoring deadlines
- Vendor Registration
- Registration on e-portals and Uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites
- Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
- Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
- Other Support activities like Arranging PBG, Acknowledgement to LOI/PO, Replies to Queries, Raising Pre-Bid Queries, Validity Extension letters, EMD follow up etc.
