**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that your designs are technically feasible and implemented to the highest standard.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and feedback, and use this feedback to iterate on designs.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure that design guidelines are followed.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio that showcases your Figma design skills and demonstrates your ability to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and trends.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
