About the Role We re hiring a UI UX Designer to work on a diverse portfolio of products including e-commerce websites ERP platforms mobile apps and construction-focused applications You will be designing for both consumer interfaces and enterprise systems ensuring smooth experiences whether a user is shopping online using a mobile app or managing warehouse stock on the go Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user interfaces for web ERP and mobile platforms Create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions Collaborate with developers product managers and other designers to bring concepts to life Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines Requirements Bachelor s degree in Design Visual Communication or a related field preferred 2 years of professional experience in UI UX design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects Proficiency in standard design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop etc Experience with SaaS product design lifecycle Enterprise Application Interfaces Dashboards and Data Visualization designs Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good to Have Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions Experience in 3D and interactive tools Blender Spline and Rive are an advantage Experience in video editing and content creation Basic knowledge of how ERP systems work inventory finance procurement etc Previous experience working in agile teams or product-focused environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
