**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Organic Social Media Strategy Development**: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive organic social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. Align strategies with overall business and marketing goals, targeting relevant audiences to drive engagement and growth.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content tailored to the needs and preferences of target audiences. Work closely with creative teams to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for organic campaigns.
- **Community Engagement & Management**: Foster and manage active, positive relationships with our community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating discussions that encourage participation. Build brand loyalty and trust through authentic interactions.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan and manage the editorial content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content. Coordinate with other teams (e.g., creative, PR, product) to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- **Platform Optimization & Best Practices**: Stay current on the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes across all organic social media platforms. Continuously refine strategies to ensure content is optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and visibility.
- **Social Media Campaign Management**: Create and manage organic campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, community growth, and user-generated content (UGC). Leverage seasonal trends, viral content, and influencer collaborations to amplify organic reach.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of organic campaigns. Analyze key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and sentiment, and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- **Brand Voice & Messaging**: Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across all social media channels. Ensure all content and interactions align with the brand’s identity and values, creating a strong and consistent presence.
- **Influencer & Partnership Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to create authentic, organic content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- **Trendspotting & Content Innovation**: Identify emerging trends, content formats, and social movements that can be leveraged to enhance the brand's organic presence. Experiment with new ideas and innovative tactics to keep the brand’s social media efforts fresh and engaging.
- **Social Listening & Feedback Collection**: Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and customer feedback across social media platforms. Share insights with relevant teams to inform product development, customer service, and overall marketing strategy.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in social media strategy, with a focus on organic growth and community management. Proven success in developing and executing organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- **Platform Expertise**: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective algorithms, best practices, and features. Expertise in leveraging native platform tools for content distribution and engagement.
- **Content Creation & Editing**: Strong content creation and editing skills with experience producing multimedia assets such as images, videos, infographics, and text-based content. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
- **Community Engagement**: Proven experience building and nurturing communities through organic social media channels. Ability to engage authentically with followers, handle customer inquiries, and drive positive brand sentiment.
- **Data-Driven Strategy**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics. Expertise in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Insights, etc.) to optimize strategies.
- **Brand & Messaging Expertise**: Ability to create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and industry news. Able to spot new opportunities and capitalize on emerging social media movements.
