About the Role:
We're hiring **Executive - Research Operations**who will work at the intersection of industry research, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Whether you’re a fresher eager to learn or an early professional looking to level up, this role gives you a front-row seat to how decisions are shaped in global businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Understand client briefs and support the delivery of fast-paced research requests
- Identify and engage global professionals across sectors for their views and experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines and ensure high-quality output
- Help maintain and expand our internal knowledge and project tracking systems

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
- Curiosity to learn about businesses, industries, and people
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced setup
- Graduates from any stream are welcome (we value aptitude over degrees)
- Bonus: Any prior internship or work experience in research, consulting, or client-facing roles
