We are seeking an exceptional **Product Designer**II**with a proven track record for creating usable, seamless, elegant and impactful design solutions, deeply rooted in customer needs. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead Ambiguous, High-Impact Projects**: Tackle open-ended challenges and bring clarity through systems thinking, design rigor, and creative problem-solving.
- ** Collaborate Across Disciplines**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and global design partners to define the product vision and deliver seamless, delightful experiences from concept to ship. Partner with global design teams and global leadership to ensure coherence and quality across features and workflows.
- ** Design the Future with AI**: Use your AI fluency to envision and deliver next-generation experiences, leveraging AI as a key enabler for smarter, more intuitive creation. Explore and implement emerging interaction patterns, especially those driven by advancements in AI ( Artificial Intelligence), to craft forward-looking user experiences.
- ** Craft Compelling Narratives**: Communicate design concepts and product visions through sketches, prototypes, presentations, and written narratives.
- ** Drive Research-Informed, Data-Driven Design**: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your work, ensuring solutions are grounded in real user needs and behaviors.
- ** Deliver polished, user-**centered** designs** and detailed specifications that translate seamlessly into consumer and enterprise-grade experiences
- ** Champion Design Excellence**: Uphold and advocate for design quality, usability, and craftsmanship within the team and across the organization.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualfications**:
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
- Deep user empathy and a track record of solving complex problems with simple, elegant design solutions grounded in real user needs.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, with the ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity through design.
- Proven collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (both visual and verbal) to influence and inspire across disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in tools like Figma, Protopie, After-Effects, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with AI powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.
