**About our organization**

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives-
- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty-
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challengesThe Institute aims to catalyze social transformations at the scale of what ‘Aadhaar’ and the ‘White Revolution’ have enabled, with a focus on building dignified and resilient livelihoods for urban and rural poor. In our endeavor to build resilient livelihoods and promoting inclusive growth, our programs are focused on improving employability, enhancing access/connect to jobs, facilitating job creation by enabling opening up of new sectors for mass employment, and building resilience of vulnerable communities by facilitating the diversification of income and asset-building opportunities as well as access to welfare programmes. We enable prototyping and designing of effective solutions through experiments, propagate these solutions through technology platforms and evangelization and support the scale-up of solutions by collaborating with government, private sector and civil society.

**About the role**

This role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new intrapreneurial venture focused on solving one of the biggest problems of India using technology. Leverage your capabilities to do meaningful work and create impact at scale while working with leaders and entrepreneurs working towards a poverty-free India.

In this role, you will:
Be part of a small team that will go on a 0 to 1 journey together-
- Manage execution of experiments/pilots on ground and find deep user insights to help design the program / intervention-
- Build and manage the small field team required for early stage program operations-
- Be accountable for field data collection, data management and data analysis for experiments / pilots-
- Support senior leadership and other team members to design the program intervention-
- Engage with stakeholders in the ecosystem to bring learnings from the work of other organizations-
- Be the early team member who goes beyond job descriptions-
6-8 years of work experience with a track record for high performance in program design, program operations management, monitoring and evaluation.-
- high empathy for users combined with an analytical and objective approach-
- first principles thinking, design and systems thinking, and love for problem solving-
- comfort with 0 to 1 journey (fast paced, ambiguous startup environment that requires hustle, hard work, bias for action, getting things done, learning new things fast, figuring things out on your own, comfort with fluid role and responsibilities & risk of failure)-
- strong analytical skills including data analysis, metrics development and measurement, dashboards for decision making-
- high learnability and growth mindsetability to collaborate well cross-functionally with people across experience levels and different backgrounds-
