_**Job Objective**_

We’re a fast growing & energetic company and are looking for a passionate, organized and self-driven individual to join our organization for a Repair Technician position. He / She should work in close co-ordination with the technical / product team and ensure that all monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- **Job Description**_
- Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining electronic components and systems for IT, Telecom and RF products.
- Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
- Interpreting circuit diagrams, block schematics, training manuals and instructions in order to perform duties without much supervision.
- Software and firmware updates, Chip programming, patch installations and preliminary trouble shooting.
- Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Providing training and supervision for new technicians and apprentices.
- Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required.
- **Required Skills / Experience**_
- Diploma or ITI Certificate course in Electronics or instrumentation.
- 2-3 years work experience in a reputed company in the field of IT / Mobile Phone / Electronics hardware repair.
- Ability to trace and troubleshoot faults at component level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Expert in component mounting and high precision soldering of SMD components
- Awareness of components name, functionality, testing procedure etc.
- Knowledge of test equipment like multimeter, CRO, spectrum analyzer, power meter etc.
- Mobile repair course will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of computers.
