Extruder Operator

We are seeking for a **Single Screw Extruder **Machine Operator to join in Bommasandra Indl Area Bangalore Karnataka.

Operating Extrusion Machinery:
Operate and control extrusion machinery efficiently and safely according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate machines before production runs, ensuring that equipment is properly configured for each product.

Monitoring Production: Monitor the extrusion process, observing gauges, meters, and Analog/computerized controls to ensure proper operation and product quality.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on output materials to maintain product consistency and meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to correct deviations.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery and processes, performing basic maintenance tasks and liaising with maintenance staff for repairs when necessary.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations while operating machinery and handling materials. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, downtime reports, and quality inspection records.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other production team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience as Extrusion Machine Operating.
- Able to Operate maintain all Dies and down stream equipments.
- Working Technical Knowledge
- Should have Basic knowledge of Plastics Raw Material

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift/ Evening shift

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bommasandra Industrial Estate, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Plastics extrusion: 3 years (preferred)
- extrusion: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (required)
