**Welcome to P S Engineers and Contractors With over 15 + years of field experience, we are the next generation builders, Developers and Contractors.**

Looking for a young and Energetic Chief Operating Officer (COO) CIVIL for our company.

COO responsibilities is of a senior executive overseeing day-to-day operations and reporting directly to the CEO.

The COO must translates the CEO's vision into action, manages internal affairs, and ensures the company's operational efficiency and are responsible for areas like strategy implementation, performance management, and building a strong company culture. Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Strategy: Develop** and implement operational strategies to support the company's overall goals.
- **Performance Management: Oversee** employee performance, develop strategies for growth, and implement performance management systems.
- **Operational Efficiency: Improve** processes, streamline operations, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
- **Team Management: Build** and manage high-performing operational teams, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development.
- **Compliance: Ensure** the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- **Collaboration: Work** closely with the CEO, other executives, and department heads to achieve company objectives.
- **Reporting: Prepare** and present operational reports to the CEO and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience**: Typically requires 10+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

In addition to these core responsibilities, a COO may also be involved in:

- **Developing and implementing business strategies and policies**.
- **Overseeing marketing and sales efforts**.
- **Managing research and development initiatives**.
- **Working with finance executives to manage budgets and financial reports**

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
