- B.E- Mechanical, Diploma graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Effectively Work with cross functional teams & coordinate with various department
- Able to work in high demanding work Environment
- Should have worked in automotive industry in quality department
- Ensuring all quality systems, standards and processes with the global industry standards and customer requirements.
- Creating and maintaining the Company’s Quality Standards, develop, implement and maintain the Company’s quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports
- Implementation of Core tools

1. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

2. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

3. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

4. MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)

5. SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- 7 QC tools
- IATF implementation and maintain documentation
- Should independently implement systems and work towards sustenance
- Design, deploy, manage Quality System - QA, Customer Complaints, Issue Management, Training
- Confirming specification, conducting Visual & Measurement tests, Inspection procedure, Generating reports and recording.

Work Location: Gandhinagar Industrial Area

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balanagar, Hyderabad 500 037. INDIA.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA/QC: 1 year (preferred)
