IT Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on **Python, Java, C, and C++** for students of various skill levels.
- Deliver Web Development training (if applicable), covering front-end and back-end technologies.
- Design course materials, assignments, and hands-on projects to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance, provide feedback, and assist in doubt-solving sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in programming and IT technologies.
- Support curriculum development and contribute to the improvement of training methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **Python, Java, C, and C++** with hands-on experience.
- Additional knowledge in Web Development is highly preferred.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
