Plumber

**Job Title: Plumber cum Trainer**

**Location**: Jharkhand (Base Location: Ranchi; travel required across the state)

**Number of Vacancies**: 6

**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month + Other Allowances

**Travel, Food & Accommodation**: Covered by the company for visits outside Ranchi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver plumbing training programs as per curriculum and company guidelines.
- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions for students and trainees.
- Travel to various districts within Jharkhand to conduct training (all travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company when outside Ranchi).
- Ensure high-quality delivery of training with practical insights.
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain reports and records of training activities.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Qualification: ITI in Plumbing (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of plumbing and/or training experience preferred.

Note: Fresher with strong technical knowledge and interest in training are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Jharkhand.
