**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective social media strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
- **Community Management**: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, while fostering relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- **Campaign Leadership**: Lead the execution of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and continuously optimize for maximum ROI.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) using analytics tools to measure success and recommend improvements.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and ahead of the curve.
- **Brand Voice Consistency**: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and overall marketing objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to execute cohesive and high-quality campaigns.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media strategy, campaign management, and multi-platform execution.
- **Analytics**: Strong proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to track performance and inform decisions.
- **Platform Expertise**: Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and emerging trends.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft clear and engaging messages.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in social media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and building strategic partnerships.
