We are looking for bright and passionate **LTE Layer 3 Architect** who are familiar with the areas listed below: ( (also followed by ROLE & RESPOSIBILITEIES - MUST HAVE details ) rest like we offer details, additional note, what we offer etc are not required)
- Provide support for implementing LTE eNodeB and UE protocols.
- Documents the design with multiple views for various usage levels (technical architectural level, business level, operational level, maintenance level, etc.)
- Interprets customer requirements and develops internal requirements.
- Identifies solutions based on alternative analysis, providing detailed assessments against requirements (technical, cost, business, security, schedule), establishing baseline for the enterprise network.
- Assess customer objectives, goals, intents, requirements, standards, etc. and translate into enterprise objectives and requirements.
- Ability to take technical ownership for a feature across the entire software product.
- Ability to isolate and fix bugs at different layers of the stack.
- Ability to write concise functional specs, implementation and design documents, and to develop a feature from grounds up

**Mandatory Skills**
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering in Telecomm domain or related field.
- 12 - 18 years of experience in wireless technologies such as 4G/LTE/5G
- Domain Knowledge of 3GPP RAN specifications (4G LTE and 5G NR) and O-RAN specifications, 4G/5G RAN architecture, interfaces, protocol stack and features.
- Design/Development experience in 4G/5G protocol stack
- Good end to end understanding of call-flows.
- Experience with Inter RAT HO, SRVCC and CSFB
- Design/Development experience of Control plane protocols - RRC/S1AP/XNAP/NGAP/X2AP, FSM design.
- Very strong programming experience in C/C++ in Linux environment with multithreading and synchronization
- Experience on resolving/debugging test setup issues for Commercial test setup and/or Simulator/Emulators is preferred.
- Development experience and knowledge on UE Simulators such as TM500, IXIA catapult would be added advantage.
