Supervise and manage a team of upholsterers, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper training and development.
- Coordinate with the production manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor the workshop's inventory of materials, tools, and supplies and order additional items as needed.
- Set up production schedules and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Train new employees on upholstery techniques and best practices.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner, and that all employees adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
