
Motors Insurance Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about motor insurance products and services.
- Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide necessary information.
- **Sales and Renewals**:
- Educate customers on insurance renewal policies, premium amounts, and benefits.
- Persuade potential clients to purchase or renew motor insurance policies.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
- **Follow-Up**:
- Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and pending payments.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and outcomes.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Assist customers with documentation required for policy issuance or renewal.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages like English, Hindi, or regional language].
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to handle different customer profiles with professionalism.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
